A.  Definition Of Student Management

Management student is structuring and regulation of activities relating to the learners, started to go up to the release of such learners from a school. Management student not only shaped data recording learners, but covers a wider aspect that operationally to assist the efforts of growth and development of learners through the process of education in schools. The purpose is to organize the process of student management student from recruitment, learning to follow up with a pass in accordance with the institutional objectives that can take place effectively and efficiently. Student management activities include: planning of enrollment, coaching students, and graduation.

Thus, the management of learners is the structuring and regulation of activities related to school learners attend school students to drop out of school activities that include: registering, recording, putting, nurture, develop, and reporting. Of these activities can be used to help facilitate the growth and development of learners through the process of education in schools.

B.  Student Enrolment management

The enrollment of students is a process of service and registration of students in the admission of new students, after going through the admission of new students with the requirements specified. Contained in the new admissions Are Some activities. In the new admissions are some of the activities carried out such as:

1.      The determination of capacity,

2.      Determination of the requirements of students who will be accepted,

3.      The establishment of new admissions committee

Steps recruitment of learners (new students) are as follows:

1.      Establishment of new admissions committee.

2.      Preparation and posting will constitute acceptance of new students is done openly.

3.      Selection of students.

The next activity after the admission of new students is the student data collection. This data is needed to implement the program, guidance and counseling student life through learning difficulties, giving consideration to student achievement, provide advice to parents about student achievement, change schools, and other.  Once students enter a school is declared, the next activity is commonly performed is the orientation of learners/new students who are new learners acceptance activities by introducing the situation and condition of the institution where students study. The circumstances include the physical environment and the social environment of the school.

C.  Student Development Management

Coaching students are coaching services to students both inside and outside of school hours in the classroom.  Coaching students in the school is the responsibility of all education personnel. Teachers are educators who are often dealing with learners in the educational process. Teachers as educators responsible for the implementation of the process at the school, either through guidance, instruction, or training.

There are three pillars of management coaching learners: Insightful future, Have a personal order, and Social care. The school principal also has steps for coaching students, namely:

1.      gives orientation to new students;

2.      Set and record student attendance;

3.      Noting the achievements of the activities achieved, or do students;

4.      Set the discipline of students as learners in school.

D.  Special Service For Students

The Special service for students of the learners include specialized services that support the management of learners. The services required of students in school include:

1.      Service guidance and counseling

2.      Library services

3.      The service canteen/cafeteria

4.      Health services

5.      Transport services

6.      Service dorm

7.      Service extracurricular.
